Elena Molena was born on Febraury 8th, 1974, in Padua, where she currently lives.
She developed culturally among the artistic community surrounding the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, where she graduated in 1998 with a degree in Painting and where in 2008 she specialized in Graphics Arts.
She currently holds a teaching position on Engraving Techniques at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice.
Since 2006 she has first attended, and then collaborated, as assistant, the summer courses offered by the International Artistic Incision Center KAUS, at Urbino.
She belongs to the Association of Venetian Engravers as well as to the 5th Bagnacavallo Collection of Drawings and prints.
Her works have been recognized with a number of awards, including the ex aequo award from the Biennial of Works on Paper, Novi Pazar University, 2010, distinguished at the 2007 International Biennial at Acqui Terme, and first prize award at the 2006 Carnello cArte ad Arte, in Sora.
For several years now she has been present in several of the most prestigious exhibitions in Italy and abroad, and her works are conserved in a number of private and public collections.
